Policies

For All Clients

* A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your final bill.

* Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a forfeited deposit. However, it can be applied toward rescheduling your service.

 *Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours may have the deposit applied to a new service date. Clients are permitted up to two reschedules using the original deposit. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit. 

* A consent form must be completed by every client prior to receiving services.

* A consultation is included with every appointment to ensure your needs and expectations are met.

* If less than 50% of lash extensions remain at the time of your fill, you will be charged for a full set.

* Unusual lash fallout can be corrected within 72 hours of your original service. 

* Please arrive with no makeup on or around your eyes.

* Avoid caffeine prior to your service, as it can cause eye fluttering and discomfort.

* Clients who are more than 10 minutes late will forfeit their appointment.

* I reserve the right to decline service if I believe it may compromise the health of your natural lashes.

* All services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your results, I offer complimentary adjustments, including removal or a redo, if requested within 48 hours of the original service. 

*Please note: It is normal and expected to lose 1-5 natural eyelashes per day. This is a part of the natural lash growth cycle. Each eye contains anywhere from 150-200 lashes. If you experience extension loss with no natural lash attached, this may be due to a retention issue.

For Mobile Clients

* Pets and children are not allowed in the designated service area during the appointment.

* The space must be large enough to accommodate a massage table and chair, with enough room to move around comfortably.

* At least one electrical outlet must be available for use.
